The terms and conditions below apply to all purchases made on the D&G Upholstery web site. You offer to buy the Goods at the price and delivery charges displayed on our website at the time we receive your order.
Payment is due at the time we accept your order. Prices are inclusive of VAT. We only accept orders placed on the web site with payment by specific credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch and AMEX. Payment can also be take over the phone by calling customer services on 0191 4176005, or by sending a cheque to, D&G Upholstery, 37 Derwent Terrace, Columbia, Washington, Tyne & Wear, NE38 7AT, made payable to D&G Upholstery. Please note items will not be dispatched for delivery until cheque had been received and cleared in our account.
Delivery will be made by our couriers to the address supplied by you. Please allow upto 21 days for delivery of standard orders to UK addresses; heavier items may take up to 30 days. We ask you to contact us to get agree a quote for to non UK addresses. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated time, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders containing multiple products may be delivered separately.
We will use every effort to ensure that all descriptions, prices, colours and sizes are correct. Due to differences in settings on your computers, printers and software, the colour reproduction of products may vary. All sizes given are approximate and may vary. Since many products are made from natural materials there may be slight differences between actual products.
Since you are buying the Goods by mail order, if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, or the goods are faulty or damaged, we will offer a refund. You must notify us of your intention to cancel, by email, letter or fax within 7 days of receipt of your Goods. In any event, you may not cancel if the Goods were customised or personalised for you.
You must return the goods to us within 21 days of receipt, in their original condition and packing. Returning the goods is at your risk and cost, so you must ensure that the goods are safely packed and labelled to avoid damage and loss in transit.
After we receive the Goods, we will credit the same card as used for the original purchase with the refund. If you do not return the Goods to us, or they are lost in transit you are liable for the cost.
We have no knowledge of and responsibility for the laws in your country of residence. You will be fully responsible for import duties and taxes applicable in your country of residence.
Title and Intellectual Property Rights in the Content, whether provided by us or any other content Title and Intellectual Property Rights in the Content, whether provided by us or any other content provider, shall remain the property of us or other Content providers. You may download and copy details of Content from the web site, provided it is solely for your personal use and you maintain all copyright and Content notices in the Content. In any claim against us, our maximum liability, in any event, will be limited to the original value of the goods supplied by us that are in dispute. No order will be binding on you or D&G Upholstery until accepted by us. Goods ordered will only become your property when we transfer to our carriers, or when they are paid for in full whichever is the later.
The products sold on our web site are sold for use in the United Kingdom, and all sales are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
