We collect your name, address, phone number, email and card details. We only use this data for the purposes of processing and delivering your order, and checking your card details for security purposes, with the issuing bank. All these transactions are highly secure and encrypted.

After processing your order, we will only contact you if you have given us your consent to contact you in the future. This may include occasional D&G Upholstery promotional offers and mailings. Nor will we pass on your information to any other party for mailing purposes.

We will always comply with the relevant Data Protection Act and law in the day to day tasks in our business.

We are sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from D&G Upholstery. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase or it is damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement, provided you comply with our policy. To do this you should:

•   Notify us within 7 days of receipt of the purchase, by email, mail or fax, see contact details on Customer Services page;

•   Return the purchase unused and in perfect condition, in the original packing (unless damaged, in which case return as received); within 21 days;

•   Understand that, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, so please ensure that goods are well packaged and labelled.

If you change your mind before delivery we will provide a full refund.
If you return after delivery, we will retain a £10 charge for our costs, per return, and refund the balance of the purchase and original delivery costs. All refunds will be by a credit to the original card used for the purchase and within 30 days of receipt of the goods by us. We will unfortunately not be able to offer refunds on:

•   Purchases returned after 21 days of your receipt, or where you have not notified is within 7 days of receipt.

•   Purchases that have been made to your own requirements, for example, size, shape, fabric..

This does not affect your statutory rights.

The delivery prices listed for items on the D&G Upholstery website are for UK mainland only. For delivery prices to other destinations please contact us for a quote. We endeavour to keep our charges to a minimum and to ensure we use quality delivery companies.
