D&G Upholstery specialise in service work, we carry out service calls for many highly reputable companies.  Our focus on providing excellence and top quality workmanship makes us one of the North East’s leading upholsterers and our highly trained and experienced service technicians are the reason why our clients return to us time and time again.  Along with our service technicians, our office staff are also trained to high standards and all have NVQ qualifications in customer service.  This makes us a very efficient, experienced and professional team.

We work for a wide range of furniture manufacturers, retailers, insurance companies and warranty providers, both British and overseas.

Our primary service areas are Cleveland, County Durham, Northumberland, Teesside and Tyne & Wear. 

Our fully trained, uniformed technicians along with there service vehicles are fully equipped with satellite navigation, mobile phones and all tools required to complete immediate on-site repairs - unless replacement parts are required. They are also equipped to take digital photographs, which can be sent to you with inspection reports providing you with the full repair documentation required.  All of this helps to maintain our reputation of reliability, efficiency and professionalism.
